Welcome to Techbros Electronic Recycle (“Techbros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://techbrosaz.com/) and our electronic recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and data destruction services. By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services Provided

Techbros provides secure, sustainable, and certified IT asset disposition (ITAD) solutions, free electronic recycling, and data destruction services for businesses and individuals nationwide, including but not limited to Arizona, California, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nevada. Our services are designed to ensure compliance with industry standards while protecting sensitive data.

 

2. User Responsibilities and Data Security

While Techbros prioritizes security and offers certified data destruction services, it is primarily the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal, sensitive, or confidential data is removed from devices before handing them over for recycling.

  • Data Backup: You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to keep before providing your electronics to Techbros.
  • Data Wiping: Techbros offers data-wiping and destruction services to securely erase data. However, unless a specific data destruction service is requested and agreed upon, Techbros is not liable for any data left on devices submitted for recycling.
  • Device Ownership: By submitting items for recycling or ITAD services, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the items or have the legal authority to dispose of them.

4. SMS Communication and TCR Compliance

By opting into SMS communications via our website, web forms, or other mediums, you agree to receive SMS messages from Techbros regarding appointment scheduling, reminders, post-visit instructions, billing notifications, and promotional offers.

  • Opt-In: Consent to receive SMS is required and must be explicitly provided. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

In no event shall Techbros’ total liability to you for all claims related to the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or utilizing the specific service in question.

 

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techbros and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the services.
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

 

7. Modifications to the Terms

Techbros reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Arizona, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

10. SMS Messaging Program

TechBros sends SMS text messages only after a double opt-in process. During an inbound phone call, when a caller verbally requests a scheduling link, TechBros first sends a confirmation text message: “TechBros: You requested a scheduling link. Reply YES to confirm you’d like to receive it. This is a one-time message per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Only after the caller confirms — verbally on the call and/or by replying YES — does TechBros send the booking link (https://techbrosaz.com/book-now/).

SMS messages are sent from +1 (620) 675-6383.

Message frequency: one message per caller request (transactional; not recurring or promotional). Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

TechBros does not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the scheduling link you requested.
